Most Singapore cleaning companies operate on one of two models — gig-platform part-timers booked by app, or agency dispatch with a rotating mix of contracted labour. We picked the harder model. Our cleaners are on payroll, OCD-trained, and uniformed. The same crew you book this month is the one who comes back next time.
It's the only model that lets us write down a 14-item scope and have it actually mean something. A rotating part-timer can't be held to a written brief; an in-house crew can. Marble polishing, parquet varnishing, vinyl care, scrubber. Trade-standard four-step polishing, Swedish technology PowerScrubber, protective coating treatments.
Specialist
NEA-aligned disinfection, Japanese-system formaldehyde removal, BCA-licensed painting and renovation works. The reason "one-stop" is real, not a claim.
