Spring cleaning — the once-a-year reset, done properly.
Annual or occasional deep clean for occupied homes. The same 14-item scope used on post-renovation jobs, paced around your furniture and your family. Pre-CNY, mid-year, or whenever the home needs it.
Annual deep clean
The dust your weekly clean doesn't reach.
Routine cleaning keeps surfaces presentable. Spring cleaning is structural — the inside of cabinets, behind appliances, ceiling fans, window tracks, grilles, balcony floors. The places that accumulate silently for twelve months and need the full crew, not a vacuum and a cloth.
Pre-CNY booking window
Demand spikes 4–6 weeks before Lunar New Year. Book early; the late slots run a few weeks longer to schedule.
Mid-year reset
Quieter season, faster scheduling. Useful for homes that take heavier use between school terms or family visits.
One-off complaint
Allergies acting up, persistent odour, recurring dust — a spring clean clears the build-up the routine clean leaves behind.
What's in the package.
Identical 14-item scope to the post-renovation deep clean. Differences come down to pace (we work around the furniture you don't want moved) and the exclusions list (less reno-specific overspray to deal with).

Before you book a spring clean.
How is this different from my weekly cleaner?
Scope and equipment. Weekly cleans handle surface dust and routine wipe-down. Spring cleaning runs the full 14-item scope with commercial-grade kit — ceiling fans, window grilles, inside cabinets, behind appliances.
Do I need to empty cabinets and wardrobes?
Helps but not required. Cabinets we can access without unloading get cleaned; fully packed ones get the exterior. If you want the interior done, empty them the day before.
When should I book before CNY?
Four to six weeks ahead for the slot you want. Late bookings still get done, but the slot may be further out.
How much?
Quoted on unit size. Send postal code and unit type for a fixed quote — $160 off your first booking.
Keep it clean — same crew, locked-in price.
Most customers book a one-time deep clean and then call us again next CNY or before the next handover. That gap is when the dust comes back. The recurring tier locks in the same crew at a held price — monthly, fortnightly, or quarterly.
- Same crew, every visit — assignments stay on the same team
- Price locked at the deep-clean rate for 12 months
- Pause or cancel any time — no contract penalty
- First recurring visit at 25% off if booked within 30 days of your deep clean
