Nightly contract, customer-facing surfaces, high-traffic floor maintenance. Pairs with floor scrubbing and marble polishing under one contract.

Locker rooms, equipment surfaces, common areas. Disinfection pass on schedule. Heavy use, heavier scope.

One-off, specialist requirements. Scope agreed in writing before work starts.

One-time deep cleaning
Single engagement. Pre-handover, post-incident, end-of-quarter reset. Scope agreed in writing, fixed price.
Contractual recurring
Daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Contract terms, supervisor cadence, and KPI structure agreed upfront. Same crew across the term unless the contract specifies rotation.

Commercial properties typically need cleaning + floor restoration + disinfection + painting cycles. Most facilities split these across four vendors. We do all four in-house, on one master contract.

Quarterly machine scrub for high-traffic commercial floors.

Scheduled or post-incident. NEA-aligned QAD chemistry, safe for occupied premises.

Are you NEA-licensed at a grade that meets our procurement?
Yes — NEA-certified cleaning business. Licence grade, number, and renewal date sent on request as part of the procurement pack.
Do you carry Workmen's Compensation and Public Liability insurance?
Yes. Coverage levels and certificate of currency on request — standard part of the procurement pack.
Is the crew in-house?
Yes. OCD-trained, on payroll, same crew across the contract unless the contract specifies rotation. Crew names and supervisors confirmed at contract start.
Can you cover after-hours and weekends?
Yes — the standard commercial offer covers after-hours and weekend shifts. Coverage window agreed in the contract.
How are prices calculated?
Per-square-foot for offices and retail; per-room or per-area for schools, gyms, and labs; per-event for one-offs. We send a written quote based on a brief or a site visit.
