Renovation works — BCA & NEA licensed, multi-trade, in-house.
A direct contractor for the trades that turn a flat into something liveable. Painting, hacking, partitions, screeding, tiling, vinyl install, electrical, carpentry, disposal, handyman — under one BCA-registered company instead of four subcontractors and a project manager.
Multi-trade renovation
What we do under renovation works.
- Home painting services (interior / exterior)
- Hacking and demolition
- Reinstatement works
- Wiring and electrical works
- Partition and false ceilings
- Cement screeding and tiling works
- Vinyl floor cleaning, polishing, installation, dismantling
- Disposal
- Handyman services
- Carpentry
Electrical works are performed by an EMA-licensed worker. Carpentry, screeding, and tiling fall under our BCA workhead scope.
One company, one liability chain.
Coordination collapses to one
Painting subcontractor, tiling subcontractor, electrical subcontractor, project manager — that's four phone calls every time something needs adjusting. Direct contractor is one.
No referral margin
Subcontracted work carries a markup. We hold the BCA licence directly — the price is the price, not the markup on the markup.
One warranty, one accountability
If something needs fixing after handover, you call us. No "that's the tiler's responsibility, here's their number".
The cleaning that finishes the job.
Before you book renovation works.
Which trades are in-house versus subcontracted?
Painting, hacking, reinstatement, and handyman are direct. Electrical works require an EMA-licensed worker on the job; specialist trades like screeding and tiling depend on the project scope.
Do you do full home renovations from scratch?
The renovation works pillar is multi-trade scope — bigger than a touch-up, smaller than a turnkey reno. For full turnkey renovation, scope and timeline are agreed upfront.
Is there a HIP-related contractor angle?
HIP works are HDB-scheduled. Cleaning around HIP is part of the post-renovation occupied-mode service. For HIP-related contractor scope, contact us — the answer depends on the specific scheme phase.
How are prices calculated?
Per project. Site visit, written scope, fixed quote. Send the brief or postal code to start.
