Disinfection that's safe to walk back into.
Fogging-based disinfection across homes, offices, restaurants, childcare, and schools. The chemistry is Quaternary Ammonium Compound — the ingredient NEA recommended in its N-Coronavirus advisory. Alcohol-free, rinse-free, baby and pet safe once dry.
Fogging in progress
Fog, surface contact, dry, return.
A fine fog of the disinfectant solution is released into the air and onto surfaces. The chemistry kills bacteria and viruses on contact — verified against the test panel — then dries clear. No wipe-down needed; no rinse.
Fogging coverage
Air and surface in one pass. Reaches into corners, behind furniture, and onto soft furnishings that wipe-down misses.
NEA-aligned chemistry
The active ingredient (Quaternary Ammonium Compound) is what NEA recommended in its COVID-19 advisory. Product details and SDS on request.
Safe occupancy after

Before you book disinfection.
How soon after fogging can people come back in?
Once the fog has settled and surfaces are dry — typically within an hour. The chemistry is non-toxic once dry, but the active fogging stage requires the space to be empty.
Is it really safe for babies and pets?
Yes, after drying. The chemistry is alcohol-free and rinse-free; no residue requires wiping down before normal use. During fogging the space must be vacated.
Will it leave marks on surfaces?
No. The chemistry dries clear — no residue on glass, mirrors, electronics, or fabric.
Do you also do surface coatings or sani-coat?
Sani-coat surface protection is a separate service. Contact for scope and pricing.
