Floors that lost their finish — restored, not replaced.
Marble polishing, parquet varnishing, vinyl care, and machine-scrubbed deep cleans. Done in-house with Swedish technology PowerScrubber and a four-step polishing process for marble. The floor goes from dull to reflective, not from dirty to less dirty.
Marble polishing, mid-job
Pick the floor type.
Marble, vinyl, parquet, and the cross-cutting machine scrub for grime no mop reaches.
Marble polishing
Four-step process: grinding, honing, polishing, buffing. Restores showroom shine.
Parquet & timber varnishing
Sanding and refinishing parquet, hardwood, engineered wood, outdoor decking.
Vinyl floor care
Strip, scrub, and seal with protective coating treatment. Stops scuffs and water seepage.
Floor scrubber deep clean
Swedish technology PowerScrubber across hard floors — vinyl, tiles, parquet, marble, outdoor decking.
Restoration is a skill, not a deeper clean.
Industry-standard methodology
Marble polishing follows the four-step trade sequence — grinding, honing, polishing, buffing. Diamond pad system and polishing chemistry by the same crew, not a rotating subcontractor.
Swedish PowerScrubber
Commercial-grade scrubber clears fine particles trapped in micro-gaps and grouting that mop and bucket can't lift. Equipment brand and model on request.
Protective coating treatment
After the scrub, an optional protective coating revitalises and seals against scuffs, dust, water seepage, bacteria.
Pets and babies safe
Chemistry across all four services is anti-bacterial and non-toxic — gentle enough for occupied homes, effective on stubborn stains and micro-scratches.
Four steps. In order. No skipping.
Marble that's gone dull doesn't need a heavier clean — it needs the surface re-cut. Skipping a stage shortens the result.
Grinding
Remove deep scratches and surface damage with progressive diamond grits.
Honing
Smooth the surface, take out finer scratches the grinding left.
Polishing
Build the gloss with polishing compound and finer pads.
Buffing
Final lustre — the reflection you can see the ceiling lights in.
Cleaning and specialist work.
Before you book floor work.
How long does a marble polish last?
Typically 3–5 years on residential floors before re-polishing is needed, depending on foot traffic and care. Commercial floors with daily heavy traffic may need re-buffing more often.
Will the scrubber damage my vinyl?
No. The machine and chemistry are matched to the surface — vinyl gets a softer pad and a non-acidic chemistry. The same crew has run thousands of jobs across all four floor types.
Do you do installation or only restoration?
Parquet restoration, refinishing, and localised damage repair are standard. New parquet installation is quoted separately.
What's the price?
Floor work is quoted per project — area, condition, and finish target all change the number. Send the postal code and the floor type for a fixed quote.
