Restoration
Old parquet sanded back to bare wood, stained if desired, sealed with protective coat. The full reset for tired floors.
Refinishing
Lighter pass — surface buffed, finish re-coated. For floors that have lost their sheen but aren't damaged.
Localised damage repair
Burns, scratches, water marks — sanded out and blended into the surrounding finish. Saves a full re-sand.
Outdoor decking
Weathered decks restored, stripped, re-stained, re-sealed for Singapore weather. Marine-grade coating available.

Coatings are non-toxic and low-fume, safe for occupied homes once the dry-time has passed. The chemistry used across all four floor services has the same baseline — anti-bacterial, non-toxic, gentle yet effective.

How long does the floor need to be off-limits after?
Light foot traffic after 24 hours, full furniture back after 72. Water-based finishes dry faster than solvent.
Can you match an existing stain colour?
Yes — we test a small patch first to confirm the tone. Engineered wood with a top veneer has limits on how many sands it'll take; we check the veneer depth before quoting.
What's the difference between refinish and restore?
Restore goes to bare wood (deep sand, re-stain, re-seal); refinish stays on the existing finish (buff, light scuff, re-coat). Refinish is cheaper and faster; restore is for floors past that point.
