Post-renovation cleaning — the reset before you move in.
Renovation contractors hand over the unit when the build is done, not when it's liveable. Our crew clears the dust, paint marks, and adhesives left behind — to a written 14-item scope with the exclusions named upfront. Two modes: moving-in (non-occupied) or occupied.
Post-reno deep clean, mid-job
Two ways we do it.
Moving-in (non-occupied)
The flat is empty, the contractor has handed over, you haven't moved furniture in. Full crew, full scope, fastest turnaround. The before-move-in pass.
Occupied
Partial reno (kitchen redo, bathroom redo) while the family stays. Furniture protected, partial-area pass, dust containment. Same scope, paced to keep the home liveable around the work.
What's included. What isn't.
The exclusions list is on the brief deliberately — the four things post-reno customers most often assume are included (paint stains, cement, adhesive, painted walls) are specialist work and we name them rather than spring them at the door.

Before you book a post-reno clean.
Why are paint stains and adhesive excluded?
They need specialist chemistry and risk damaging the surface underneath if done wrong. We quote them as a paid add-on so the price reflects the actual work, not a blanket assumption.
Do I need formaldehyde removal too?
If the renovation involved new cabinetry, particleboard furniture, laminate flooring, fresh paint, or pressed-wood doors — usually yes. An IAQ test before treatment confirms whether the levels need acting on.
How long does the job take?
Depends on unit size and condition. Most HDB flats finish in a single day; larger condos and landed properties may need a full day with a larger crew.
How much?
Quoted on unit size and condition. Send your postal code and unit type for a fixed quote — $160 off your first booking.
Are you HIP-approved?
HIP cleaning is part of the occupied-mode service. Same crew, same scope, paced for occupied-home logistics.
Keep it clean — same crew, locked-in price.
Most customers book a one-time deep clean and then call us again next CNY or before the next handover. That gap is when the dust comes back. The recurring tier locks in the same crew at a held price — monthly, fortnightly, or quarterly.
- Same crew, every visit — assignments stay on the same team
- Price locked at the deep-clean rate for 12 months
- Pause or cancel any time — no contract penalty
- First recurring visit at 25% off if booked within 30 days of your deep clean
