Vinyl floors — stripped, scrubbed, sealed.
Vinyl is the default flat floor in modern Singapore homes — tough, but prone to embedded grime in textured surfaces and dirt in the grouting. Our Swedish-tech PowerScrubber clears what mop and bucket can't, finished with an optional protective coating that revitalises and seals against scuffs, dust, water seepage, and bacteria.
PowerScrubber pass
Three things mop and bucket can't lift.
Fine particles in micro-gaps
Vinyl with a textured surface traps dust at the micro-scale. The PowerScrubber's rotation and chemistry lifts it; a mop just glides over it.
Dirt in grouting crevices
Grout lines accumulate dirt that hand-cleaning misses. The scrubber gets into the crevice.
Bacteria build-up
The chemistry pass kills bacteria living on the surface and at the edges of vinyl planks where they meet.
Protective maintenance coating.
A coat applied after the deep clean that revitalises, reinstates, and protects. Reduces dirt accumulation, slows scuff marks, blocks water seepage at vinyl plank joins.
- Reduces scuff marks
- Less dirt and dust accumulation
- Blocks water seepage at joins
- Slows bacteria build-up
Coating chemistry and reapplication window on request.
Before you book vinyl work.
Will the machine damage my vinyl?
No. The pad and chemistry are matched to vinyl — softer pad than the marble or tile pass, neutral-pH chemistry that won't strip the surface.
Do I need the coating?
Not required, but it extends the time between deep cleans by months and reduces the day-to-day wear on the surface. Useful for high-traffic areas or homes with pets.
How long does the floor need to dry?
Walking on it — an hour or so. Putting furniture back — four to six hours. Coated floors take longer.
How much?
Per square foot for the scrub; per square foot for the coating if added. Send postal code and floor area.
