The machine scrub for floors a mop won't fix.
The cross-cutting floor service — one machine, one chemistry, applied across vinyl, tiles, parquet, marble, and outdoor decking. Swedish technology PowerScrubber lifts ground-in dirt; optional protective coating finishes the surface.
PowerScrubber on tiles
Five hard-floor surfaces.
- Vinyl flooring (residential and commercial)
- Ceramic and porcelain tiles
- Parquet and timber (light-pad pass only)
- Marble (preparation pass before polishing)
- Outdoor decking and patios
Three things hand-cleaning leaves behind.
Fine particles in micro-gaps
Textured surfaces trap dust at the micro-scale. Rotational scrubbing and matched chemistry lifts it; a flat-mop pass glides over it.
Grouting crevices
Grout lines collect dirt at depths hand-cleaning can't reach. The scrubber bristles drive in.
Bacteria build-up
The chemistry pass kills surface bacteria; the optional coating slows their return.
Before you book a scrub.
Will the machine damage soft surfaces like parquet?
No. The pad and pressure are matched to the surface — parquet gets a softer pad and lighter chemistry. The same crew runs jobs across all floor types and knows the difference.
What's the protective coating?
An applied coat after the deep clean that reduces scuff marks, blocks water seepage, slows bacteria build-up. Reapplication window depends on traffic.
How long does a job take?
Depends on area. Most HDB flats and small offices finish inside a day; large commercial spaces schedule across an off-hours window.
How much?
Per square foot for the scrub. Coating priced separately if added. Send postal code and floor area.
